‘I recently completed the 8-week Type 2 Diabetes Group Intervention Program at Pro Fit Lifestyle’s Parramatta Clinic. The program gave me much needed advice on how exercise can be used to manage my condition. Being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes was a bit daunting, but with the help of both my Exercise Physiologist and Dietician, I feel more confident to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
