Pro Fit Lifestyle’s Type 2 Diabetes Group Program is an 8-week program designed to educate Type 2 Diabetes patients on how to use diet and exercise to manage their condition.
Delivered by accredited Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Diabetes Health Professionals, the program equips Type 2 Diabetes patients with the skills and knowledge needed to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Am I eligible to undertake a Type 2 Diabetes Group Program?
To be eligible for this program, you must be diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and have a completed Type 2 Diabetes Group Program Referral Form from your GP.

What if I’m pre-diabetic?
The term ‘pre-diabetic’ refers to patients that are at high risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes, but have yet to be diagnosed. The Type 2 Diabetes Group Program educates pre-diabetic patients on how exercise can be used as a preventative measure for Type 2 Diabetes.
